The first bedroom has a closet, a double bed, a window with curtains, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a single bed, a closet, a window with curtains, a ceiling fan, and an air conditioning unit. The full bathroom is located directly across from bedroom number two, as is the kitchenette, equipped with everything you need to cook. Beyond the kitchen is the service patio or laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline.

Includes: The rent only includes the maintenance fee, which grants you access to the clubhouse and gate access control. All utilities are paid separately.
