Regulations
Upon entering the house, a security deposit of $1,800 dollars must be paid, which is returned 5 days after verifying that there is no damage to the property, through House Keeper or the platform.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel 5 days before guests' arrival to receive a full refund for stays of less than 10 days. For cancellations more than 10 days in advance, you must cancel 30 days in advance to receive a refund.
